چکیده
Background: Approximately 5-60% of hemodialysis patients have comorbid hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection. The survival rate HCV is lower than those without due to the risk liver fibrosis and cardiovascular disease. combination Elbasvir Grazoprevir drug choice for these with genotype 1 4 which mainly inherited in populations Indonesia. However, a high cost required this genome testing. Eradication might reduce fibrosis. One methods evaluate by using APRI score. aim study assess score after Elbasvir/Grazoprevir therapy completion.Method: This was quasi-experimental control group conducted during April-November 2019 Dr. Hasan Sadikin Hospital, Bandung. Patients reactive anti HCV, detected RNA test, sustained virological response (SVR) 12 achieved were included. tests performed before weeks end (SVR12). data analyzed paired T-test at 95% confidence level. Results: 30% had A total 37 unit given weeks. 0.336 0.270 (p = 0.002) respectively. Conclusion: degree based on from chronic kidney disease

Introduction: Chronic hepatitis B (CHB) leads to liver fibrosis, its failure, and death in the long term. The stage of fibrosis in CHB patients can also be detected based on the biochemical markers. The aim of this study was to predict the state of liver fibrosis in CHB patients and determine the possibility of patients shifting from a given state to another one.
